With 20 years of experience in Real Estate Law, Mark Stallings of the Hunter Law Firm is known for his ability to expedite his clients’ cases. In his words, “I strive to give the best representation possible in a cost-effective way. My experience allows me to plan a strategy during the initial consultation and to then follow-through on that plan. This avoids needless expense and wasted time.” In Mark’s capable hands, what could be a long and arduous legal hassle becomes a streamlined process that swiftly resolves your real estate dispute.
Mark handles both commercial and residential properties and his primary areas of practice include business litigation, contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosure, and real estate transactions & litigations. While he enjoys sharing in the excitement of home closures, he feels the greatest sense of pride when he sees one of his clients’ businesses thriving. Knowing that he had a hand in their success is one of the greatest rewards of his work.
Mark currently resides in Suffolk with his wife and two children. Most of his free time is spent attending his kids’ sporting events; and, when he gets the chance, Mark hits the links to work on his swing.
